Pet Policy

Here at Liberty Point Apartments, we realize your furry friends aren’t just pets. They’re part of the family! When you move, make sure to bring them with you so they can enjoy the spacious floor plans, walking trail and the dog park we have on site!

While we don’t have a weight limit for pets in the apartment, we do not allow exotic pets. Feel free to bring your dogs, cats, gerbils and goldfish! There is a general limit of two pets (some exceptions allowed). Each pet requires a $100 non-refundable deposit and an extra $25 pet fee added to each month’s rent.

Point of View Apartments and Quail Run Apartments are pet free communities.
